The most prestigious and exciting cooking competition in the country is back for a milestone 12th season featuring Canada’s most promising up and coming professional chefs fighting for culinary glory. This season Canada will showcase 10 competitors from across the country and explore the essence of their identity, tracing each Chef’s unique culinary origin story. In a season that reflects the rich cultural diversity of our country, each dish will take the audience on a journey across the world and celebrate food as a universal language that connects us all. Only one chef will emerge victorious and be named Canada’s Top Chef. Top Chef Canada is hosted by chef, cookbook author, and longtime series host, Eden Grinshpan, along with an esteemed panel of judges: Chef, fermenter and author David Zilber, powerhouse restaurateur Janet Zuccarini, chef and owner of The McEwan Group, Mark McEwan, and content creator and global food expert Mijune Pak.
