The Pods Are Heading North for Love Is Blind: Canada!

Love Is Blind is coming to Canada, giving a new group of singles from Vancouver to Halifax the chance to fall in love sight unseen. Curious whether a connection can go beyond physical attraction? Canadian singles are invited to apply now for the chance to enter the pods, which will officially open sometime in 2027.

The Canadian adaptation of the global dating experiment will be executive produced by Erin Brock, co-chief content officer and executive vice president of Insight Productions, alongside Jessica Brunton (Top Chef Canada, Extracted) and John Brunton (The Amazing Race Canada, The JUNO Awards).

“I’m beyond excited to delve into this with a Canadian cast who are genuinely open to finding their soulmates, and to share their unique stories and authentic experiences,” Brock says. “I’m one of the gazillion day one diehards who know how brilliant this format is, and we’re so honored to partner with Netflix.”

Love Is Blind has transformed how people fall in love around the world,” Danielle Woodrow and Tara Woodbury, directors of Netflix’s Canada content, say in a joint statement. “Now it’s Canada’s turn to bring the romance, drama, and a whole new set of unforgettable love stories.”
