The Black Academy, alongside Insight Productions, are hiring a program manager for “The Black Academy Skills Development Program”. The manager will be responsible for day-to-day operation and implementation of The Black Academy Skills Development Program where in Black Canadians receive real world, hands-on training and experience in the business and art of television production. Oversees multiple training streams, participants and trainers/mentors, including scheduling and coordinating. Meets regularly with all participants to monitor and track progress and gather KPIs. Manages Program budget and communication with stakeholders; prepares necessary reports. Helps with funding applications. Other duties as required.
